There are many reasons to host celebrations at The Ribault Club. The beautiful location, the historic building and the experienced team of service professionals to name a few. We work closely with you to plan your event and ensure it makes one of life’s special days memorable.
Event Types
The Ribault Club venue boasts both indoor and outdoor event environments, providing areas that are customizable and flexible. The spacious grounds and picturesque landscape provide a beautiful backdrop for photographs that memorialize your celebration.
Celebration Venue Amenities
Our in-house event coordinators are intimately familiar with both the facility and local vendors to ensure that all the details of your event come together smoothly.
Celebrations at The Ribault Club can also introduce guests to the magic of Fort George Island and its recreational amenities. Your extended special event can allow time for activities at locations in the surrounding island areas including horseback riding, kayaking, fishing, bird watching, trail walking and beach time.

• Cocktail Style Reception – Up to 225 guests
• Seated at Round Tables – Up to 160 guests
• Cocktail Style Reception – Up to 200 guests
• Seated at Round Tables – Up to 350 guests

Vendor access on day of event starts at 9:30 am.
Please Note
A portion of The Ribault Club is a public exhibit area that is open 9 am to 5 pm Wednesday through Sunday and closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. No outside bar services can operate during these public hours, except in reserved rooms.

All decorations, personal effects, and refuse should be removed by the client and/or vendors immediately following the event.
The vendors on our pre-approved list have been accepted and cleared by The Ribault Club for licensing and insurance.
Caterer
Must be licensed and insured. Must be full service, remain on site through duration of event, and provide sufficient staffing for food service, table clearing, and on site cleanup. Drop-off catering is not allowed.
Bar Services
Must be licensed and insured. Bartenders must be with a professional mobile company.
Required
The Ribault Club requires that corporate events be covered for $1,000,000 worth of liability insurance. The cost for this usually starts at $125.00. A single liability policy should cover indoor, outdoor, or multiple day events.
