Vendors
The Ribault Club is an event venue and gives you the flexibility to use your own preferred vendors for catering, music, decorations, and many other needs. This allows you to fully customize your event. We also offer a pre-approved list of event vendors that have been accepted and cleared by The Ribault Club for licensing and insurance.
Wedding Planner
Must be insured. Required on the day of the event to supervise the flow of the day and vendors.
Caterer
Must be insured. Must be full service, remain on site through duration of wedding, and provide sufficient staffing for food service, table clearing, and on-site cleanup. Drop-off catering is not allowed.
Bar Services
Must be licensed and insured. Bartenders must be with a professional mobile company.
Required Insurance
The Ribault Club requires that weddings be covered for $1,000,000 worth of wedding liability insurance. The cost for this usually starts at $125.00. A single liability policy should cover your rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception. There are several companies that offer these services, such as EventSured.com, EWedInsurance.com, WedSure.com and WedSafe.com.
Event Coordinators
Coordinators are essential to handle the details of your event. Due to the coordination involved with various suppliers for weddings held at The Ribault Club, we require that you utilize the services of a professional Wedding Planner or Event Coordinator for your wedding.

Day of Ceremony Coordinator
Our “Day of” Coordinator is essential for any couple that plans to manage the event themselves, but desires help on the wedding day to help execute and oversee those plans.
- Provide one in-person planning session two months prior to ceremony to create final room setup, event schedule and timeline for the day
- Direct rehearsal with wedding party and officiant
- Confirm that all vendors are on time and present
- Act as point of contact for your wedding vendors and guests for questions or concerns
- Prepare props or other activities designed for event
- Welcome guests
- Direct and line up bridal party for the ceremony
- Provide on-site ceremony management and oversight of event
- Supervise photography to ensure seamless, on-time production and interaction with musicians or entertainment
- Coordinate schedule of event such as changeover, or cocktail hour
- Oversee that the reception runs and looks as planned

Full-Service Wedding Coordinator
Our full-service wedding coordinators provide peace of mind to anyone desiring a full-time professional to oversee every aspect of their wedding day or commitment ceremony. This includes any applicable services in the “Day Of” coordination shown above, as well as any additional services as outlined below.
- Establish priorities
- Develop and track budget
- Provide hands-on assistance with theme and vision for the event
- Source and present specific vendors
- Schedule and attend all supplier meetings with you
- Manage the contract process
- Select wedding suite (with your direction and input) including as applicable: wedding monogram, save-the-date cards, rehearsal dinner invitations, escort cards, seating charts, menu cards, place cards and programs
- Assist with floral design and décor
- Direct menu development and food selections
- Assist with entertainment selection, including coordinating rehearsals and staging needs
- Orchestrate delivery of guest and wedding party gifts and favors
- Coordinate accommodations, transportation and childcare
- Consult on etiquette and other general questions
- General advice and consultation, etiquette information
- Setup wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
- Coordinate pinning of boutonnieres and ensuring VIPs receive flowers
- Assist families, wedding party and guests as needed
- Distribute final payment and gratuity to vendors

Event Coordinator
Our Event Coordinator is for anyone that needs a little more advice and guidance throughout their time planning the perfect event, whether it’s a wedding, business meeting or milestone birthday party.
- Conduct initial in-person meeting once your event date is confirmed to discuss style, tone and budget
- Conduct an additional three planning meetings to develop room setup, overall event schedule and timeline (either in-person, FaceTime or Skype)
- Offer supplier recommendations based on your ideas and input
- Serve as primary point of contact for your vendors
- Coordinate all deliveries and setup
- Communicate final schedule with vendors and finalize details the week of the event
- Develop a “must have” shot list for your photographer, if applicable
- Develop setup, event, and breakdown timelines to ensure a smooth, less troublesome event
- Manage and handle last minute details
