Planning Your Event

The Ribault Club list of our preferred vendors is available upon request.


The Ribault Club is an event venue and gives you the flexibility to use your own preferred vendors for catering, music, decorations, and many other needs. This allows you to fully customize your event. We also offer a pre-approved list of event vendors that have been accepted and cleared by The Ribault Club for licensing and insurance. 

Wedding Planner
Must be insured. Required on the day of the event to supervise the flow of the day and vendors. 

Must be insured. Must be full service, remain on site through duration of wedding, and provide sufficient staffing for food service, table clearing, and on-site cleanup. Drop-off catering is not allowed. 

Bar Services
Must be licensed and insured. Bartenders must be with a professional mobile company.

Required Insurance
The Ribault Club requires that weddings be covered for $1,000,000 worth of wedding liability insurance. The cost for this usually starts at $125.00. A single liability policy should cover your rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception. There are several companies that offer these services, such as EventSured.com, EWedInsurance.com, WedSure.com and WedSafe.com.

Event Coordinators

Coordinators are essential to handle the details of your event. Due to the coordination involved with various suppliers for weddings held at The Ribault Club, we require that you utilize the services of a professional Wedding Planner or Event Coordinator for your wedding.

For smaller weddings, and to augment your vendor services, we have in-house services available as outlined below. Get to know our experienced team:

Need A Little Extra Help?

Depending on the scope of your event, we now offer an add-on hourly rate for those important things you might need a little bit of help with, such as… 

  • Set up the dining room, place linens and/or décor items
  • Stuff and send save-the-date and wedding invitations
  • Assemble and package wedding favors
  • Help with DIY projects
  • Assist with the selection of the bride’s and bridal party’s attire
  • Coordinate rehearsal dinner and post-wedding brunch
  • Help store décor, before and after event
  • Break down and pack up décor and/or flowers after event
